We’re lucky to have such an amazing team that really makes our office feel like home. With many of our hygienists, assistants, and front desk workers being a part of our team for over a decade, they play a large role in building long-lasting, caring relationships with our patients that make them want to keep coming back to our practice. Alma, Hygiene Coordinator

Alma has been with our team since 2019, and she trained as a dental assistant through San Joaquin Valley College. She looks forward to coming to work every day thanks in large part to our team who feel like extended family.

Originally from Farmersville via Mexico, Alma loves going to the park with her husband and their two dogs, K2 and Oso, who she says are like their babies. She is also a party organizer and photographer for her family, ensuring everyone she cares about makes great memories together.

Carolina, Receptionist

Carolina is always eager to greet new patients as well as catch up with returning ones, making her the perfect fit for her job! She graduated from San Joaquin Valley College and has been in the dental field for over five years.

A car enthusiast, Carolina dedicates most of her time to her young son, and she likes to relax by going to family BBQs, shopping, and hanging out at the beach.

Christiana, Dental Hygienist

Christiana joined our team in 2023, and she’s passionate about educating our patients and helping them achieve healthy gums that will support their smiles for life. She is a graduate of San Joaquin Valley College and started her dental career as an assistant before deciding to become a hygienist.

Christiana has a beautiful, tight-knit family that includes her husband (a firefighter and medic for the Air National Guard) and their son and daughter. Their favorite place to visit as a family is Disneyland. On most weekends, you’ll find Christiana out in her garden or inside crafting.

Dana, Dental Assistant

Dana says that the best thing about her job is seeing how happy our patients are before and after their treatments. It shows how comfortable they are coming to us and the quality we strive for as a team. Before joining us, she studied at the Kingsburg School of Dental Assisting.

A lot of Dana’s free time is taken up by her nine nieces and nephews whom she loves so much! When she isn’t spending time with her caring, funny, and hardworking family, she likes to practice photography, fish, draw, hike, and do makeup.

Gaby, Finance Coordinator

Gaby says that it feels great to work in a practice where everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission of making our patients’ lives better. She attended Portersville Community College and comes from Tulare.

Outside of work, Gaby runs a taco truck with her mom and husband. An avid reader, she enjoys working out in the early morning, baking, jet skiing, hiking, and playing soccer.

Irene, Dental Assistant

Irene says that it’s always rewarding getting to work alongside our dentists to help patients achieve healthy smiles. She attended Brightwood College for her dental training.

Irene comes from a close and supportive family, and her favorite thing to do away from work is spend time with her two boys and dog. She also likes to work out and go to the beach whenever she can.

Kasey, Dental Hygienist

Kasey has been a part of the dental world for over 20 years, and her favorite part of the job, hands down, is getting to know each patient and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. She completed her dental training at San Joaquin Valley College.

Kasey and her high school sweetheart have been married for 25 years now, and they have a beautiful daughter together (and a little Yorkie!). Some of her favorite things to do outside the office include spending time with her granddaughter, cooking, entertaining for the holidays, and traveling.

Lisa, Treatment Coordinator

Lisa is here to help our patients with their financial needs so they have easy access to dental care and can always stay on budget. A graduate of SJVC, she is a mother of two and a proud soccer mom/enthusiast.

Maria, Receptionist

Maria gets to talk to everyone who comes through our doors, and she loves hearing patients tell her how well they were treated in our practice and that the experience was completely painless. She comes from Bakersfield and is married with two sons. She says that her family is her passion, and she shows how much she cares by cooking.

Mel, Dental Hygienist

Mel enjoys helping our patients gain their confidence back and overcome their fear of dentistry. A graduate of SJVC, he and his high school sweetheart have been married for 25 years now, and their family is completed by a wonderful daughter and Yorkie. Away from work, he likes to spend time with his granddaughter, ride motorcycles, go off-roading in the high desert, and travel.

Monica, Office Manager

Monica has been with us for over a decade, and she feels blessed that she gets to work with dentists who truly care about their patients—it definitely makes her feel confident knowing people will get the best treatment here.

Monica has a young son who currently loves playing football, and on the weekends, it’s all about getting together with family and good food. She also likes to have adventures outdoors, whether this involves hiking in the mountains or going to the beach.

Nicole, Dental Assistant

Nicole says that choosing her favorite part of her job is easy—it’s our patients! Being able to give them care, comfort, and friendship is always a great experience. She graduated from SJVC and is currently going back to school to earn her Extended Functions certification.

Nicole comes from a very large, close-knit family. Her mother is a sibling of twelve brothers and sisters, and she went on to have seven children herself. Now, there are seventeen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren in total! Speaking of family, Nicole is a full-time mother and spends most of her weekends driving to and attending her kids’ various sporting events.

Sarah, Dental Hygienist

A graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Sarah enjoys getting to know our patients and creating a positive experience for them while delivering top-notch care.

Sarah says that family is super important to her, so she spends a lot of time and frequently goes on trips with her siblings. Her hobbies include working out, hiking, and traveling with her fiancé.

Sydney, Dental Assistant

For Sydney, the best thing about her job is interacting, connecting, and building trust with a patient and explaining that a regular oral checkup and cleaning can keep their smile strong and healthy. She attended the Kingsburg School of Dental Assisting and comes from Fresno.

Outside of dentistry, Sydney is always on the go with her children’s extracurricular activities such as football, basketball, swimming, etc. Keeping up with them takes up the bulk of her time, and she wouldn’t have it any other way! 

Tracy, Dental Assistant

Tracy has been a part of our team for over 20 years, and she loves the feeling of working together as a team to make sure our patients only receive the best care and service. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Institute and is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of four. She loves spending time with family, whether it involves BBQs, watching movies, playing games, or baking goodies.

Yanet, Dental Assistant/Back Office Coordinator

Yanet understands that people are scared to go to the dentist sometimes, so she likes to make their visits as comfortable as possible. She says it’s always rewarding to help people feel more confident about their smiles.

Yanet has two children as well as a beautiful baby granddaughter, and she tries to spend as much time with family as she can.

Yudisleisy, Dental Assistant

Yudisleisy says that the team is what makes our practice special, and their fun and loving personalities uplift and motivate everyone to do their absolute best work every single day.

Yudisleisy is the oldest of five siblings, and she has a cat and two dogs. Her family is big on traveling when they get the chance, so they love going to the beach and staying at a cabin in the mountains. If she isn’t hanging out with her boyfriend or at the gym, you’ll usually find her watching movies/TV shows, playing with makeup, reading, or cuddling her pets. She is also a big foodie and coffee enthusiast.

Maria, Registered Dental Assistant

For Maria, the best thing about her job is bringing a smile to our patients’ faces, and she cherishes the relationships she has built with her fellow team members and our dentists. She is a graduate of SJVC and has experience doing pretty much everything in the front and back of the office you can think of!

Originally from Portland, OR, Maria’s free time is primarily dedicated to her two daughters, who she adores and are her world.

Viviana, Dental Assistant

Viviana is passionate about helping people by improving the health of their smiles. She says she truly loves coming to work and connecting with everyone—she considers our team and patients to be a second family! She studied at UEI in Fresno to be a Dental Assistant and worked in the area for a year before moving to Hanford.

Viviana’s entire family immigrated from Mexico, except for her, as she was born in Oxnard, CA. They all lived there until she was two years old and moved to Armona. She is the youngest of nine with six brothers and two sisters, and they have given her 14 nieces and nephews whom she loves to spend time with!

Zuzel, Registered Dental Assistant

Zuzel finds great joy in caring for others, especially when she gets to restore someone’s smile after they’ve lost all hope. She worked as a dentist in her native Cuba and is currently studying to earn her dental degree here. She strives to stay up to date by attending numerous dental courses and conducting research every year.

Her favorite thing to do outside of work is spend quality time with family, and she also enjoys going hiking, hanging out with friends, and watching videos about decoration and photography.

Grace, Registered Dental Hygienist

Grace likes that no two days are ever the same in dentistry, and she likes that she always has to think and problem-solve to meet the unique oral health needs of our patients. She began her dental career as a front office associate before going on to become an assistant and then a dental hygienist after graduating from the Fresno City College Dental Hygiene Program.

At home, Grace’s family consists of her husband and their three cats. She is currently learning how to play the piano and also likes to color, garden, and read about Greek mythology in her free time.
